1. GSI provides all necessary resources and technical expertise to administer the Federal Employees Workers Compensation Act (FECA) within the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) and its assigned tenant activities.

2. GSI provides complete Help Desk services to support the microcomputer operation in support of BGAD installation operations. The required support will consists of 350-400 microcomputers and 150-200 printers.
